Welcome to the Rev14.info website. The purpose of this site is to provide help understanding the gospel of Jesus Christ, the book of Revelation, and who the antichrist is. The reason for the name of Rev14.info is because Chapter 14 of Revelation shows Jesus Christ on Mount Sion with His 144,000. This is a great place to be, and a great place to start (see quote below from Hebrews.) Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God and has saved us and washed us in his blood and that verse is directly comparable to and contrasts that of the verses on the antichrist who looks like a lamb, but speaks like a dragon in Revelation 13. (Matthew 7:15). Rev14.info as a name is my commitment to always present Revelation as having to do with Jesus Christ and the gospel, and to always lead to that. A lot of what is written about Revelation has nothing to do with the gospel of Jesus Christ, which shouldn't be because the gospel is the most important thing in the world. Also, it is much better to seek Jesus Christ first than to only be exposing false apostles (see Rev 2:1-4 for a warning about that as well as Matthew 6:33). In regards to Rev 2:2-4, you might also consider the fact that the pope tries to claim authority by apostolic succession and being "Peter’s successor". The pope is a false apostle, but don't pay him too much mind, every Christian has more power than he does in prayer. Hebrews 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. It is possible to pick up a catholic bible and find out from its footnotes that Rome is the city of seven hills and the great whore. It is only a small jump from that to understanding the rest of the prophecy. (Click here to read full article) |

The main files on Rev14.info that explain Revelation in terms of the gospel of Jesus Christ can be looked at in three ways: 1) History: They are historically true, and involve not any history, but the most important parts and points of church history starting from the time Revelation was written to when Jesus Christ comes back and beyond. Revelation 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: 1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. 2) Doctrine: They are doctrinally true, and biblical, and are the same testimony and doctrine that all Christians have held. These basic facts of the gospel are the main reasons Christians understand why the catholic church isn't Christian. Revelation 19:10 - worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. 3) Revelation: After considering one and two, not only does it look like what is written in Revelation, but is in fact Revelation. Revelation was given to all Christians. Revelation 2:7, 2:11, 2:17, 2:26-2:28, 3:5, 3:12, 3:21 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; Pictures and Prophecy (Click here to read - has pictures) |
